§ 9-14-14-5 — Allocation of money in the highway, road and street fund
Money distributed to or deposited in the highway, road and street fund under this title shall be allocated as follows:
(1)To the state highway fund as provided in IC 8-14-2-3.
(2)To the local road and street account as provided in IC 8-14-2-4.
