§ 9-14-12-9 — Destruction or disposal of records
The bureau may destroy or otherwise dispose of any records of the bureau:
(1)in accordance with the bureau's record retention schedule; or
(2)with permission from the Indiana archives and record
administration under IC 5-15-5.1-14.
