Text
(a)The bureau shall give precedence to
requests under this chapter from law enforcement agencies and
agencies of government for certified copies of records.
(b)The bureau may not impose a fee on a law enforcement agency,
an agency of government, or an operator (as defined in IC 9-21-3.5-4)
for a request made under this chapter.
