§ 9-14-12-4 — Record requests
All requests for records maintained under this chapter must be:
(1)submitted in writing; or
(2)made electronically through the computer gateway
administered under IC 4-13.1-2-2(a)(6) by the office of
technology;
to the bureau and, unless exempted by law, must be accompanied by
the payment of the applicable fee prescribed in section 7 of this
chapter.
