§ 9-13-3-4 — Commission composition
Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 13 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 3 Electric Vehicle Product Commission
The commission consists of ten (10) members, the majority of which must be Indiana residents, appointed as follows:
(1)Six (6) members who are Indiana residents, or are employed
by a business with a nexus in Indiana, appointed by the governor.
Two (2) members shall be representatives of the automotive
vehicle and component manufacturing industry. One (1) member
shall be a representative of a labor union representing workers in
the automotive vehicle and component manufacturing industry.
One (1) member shall be a representative of Energy Systems
Network. One (1) member shall be a representative of the Battery
Innovation Center. One (1) member shall be a member or
employee of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, as recommended
to the governor by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce.
