Text
As used in this chapter, "electric vehicle
product" means a battery powered electric vehicle, an alternative
powertrain technology vehicle, a hydrogen powered vehicle, or a
plug-in hybrid electric vehicle, and charging stations needed to
promote the use of those vehicles.
