§ 9-13-2-94 — "Local authorities"
(a)"Local authorities" means, except as
provided in subsection (b), all officers of counties, cities, or towns, as
well as all boards and other public officials of counties, cities, or towns.
(b)"Local authorities", for purposes of IC 9-21, means every county,
municipal, and other local board or body having authority to adopt
local police regulations under the laws and the Constitution of the State
of Indiana.
