§ 9-13-2-77 — "Implement of agriculture"
"Implement of agriculture" means the following:
(1)Agricultural implements, pull type and self-propelled, that are
used for the:
(A)transport;
(B)delivery;
(C)application; or
(D)harvest;
of crop inputs, including seed, fertilizers, and crop protection
products.
(2)Vehicles that:
(A)are designed or adapted and used exclusively for
agricultural, horticultural, or livestock raising operations; and
(B)are not primarily operated on or moved along a highway.
(3)Vehicles that are designed to lift, carry, or transport:
(A)an agricultural implement described in subdivision (1); or
(B)a vehicle described in subdivision (2).
