§ 9-13-2-76 — "Ignition interlock device"
"Ignition interlock device" means a blood
alcohol concentration equivalence measuring device that prevents a
motor vehicle from being started without first determining the
operator's equivalent breath alcohol concentration through the taking
of a deep lung breath sample.
