§ 9-13-2-24 — "Church bus"
"Church bus" means a bus that is:
(1)owned and operated by a religious or nonprofit youth
organization; and
(2)used:
(A)to transport individuals to religious services; or
(B)for the benefit of the members of the religious or nonprofit
youth organization.
