§ 9-13-2-183 — "Traffic offense"

"Traffic offense" means:

(1)a violation of a statute, an ordinance, a rule, or a regulation relating to the operation or use of motor vehicles; and
(2)any violation of a statute, an ordinance, a rule, or a regulation relating to the use of streets and highways by pedestrians or by the operation of any other vehicle. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-7-2 part.]
