§ 9-13-2-180 — "Tractor"

Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 13 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions
"Tractor" means a motor vehicle designed and used primarily for drawing or propelling trailers, semitrailers, or vehicles of any kind. The term does not include a farm tractor. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-1-1-2(g).]
