§ 9-13-2-18 — "Business district"

"Business district" means the territory contiguous to and including a highway when at least fifty percent (50%) of the frontage of the territory for a distance of at least five hundred (500) feet is occupied by buildings in use for business. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-18 part.]
