Text

"Street" or "highway" means the entire width between the boundary lines of every way publicly maintained when any part of the way is open to the use of the public for purposes of vehicular travel. The term includes an alley in a city or town. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-14 part.]
