Text

"Special group" means a class or group of persons that the bureau finds:

(1)have made significant contributions to the United States, Indiana, or the group's community or are descendants of native or pioneer residents of Indiana;
(2)are organized as a nonprofit organization (as defined under Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code);
(3)are organized for nonrecreational purposes; and
(4)are organized as a separate, unique organization or as a coalition of separate, unique organizations. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-7-11-2.]
