§ 9-13-2-167 — "Sidewalk"

"Sidewalk" means the part of a street between the curb lines, or the lateral lines of a roadway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-1-14 part.]
