§ 9-13-2-163 — "Sectionalized building"
(a)"Sectionalized building" means, except
as provided in subsection (b), any part of a finished structure.
(b)"Sectionalized building", for purposes of IC 9-20-15, means any
part of a finished structure that has living quarters suitable for human
use and that can be identified by a manufacturer's number sequence.
