Text
"Scrap metal processor" means a person:
(1)that engages in the acquisition of vehicles or the remains of
vehicles;
(2)that has facilities for processing iron, steel, or nonferrous
scrap; and
(3)whose principal product is scrap iron, scrap steel, or
nonferrous scrap for sale for remelting purposes.
