§ 9-13-2-160 — "Salvage vehicle"
"Salvage vehicle" means any of the following:
(1)A vehicle that meets at least one (1) of the criteria set forth in
IC 9-22-3-3.
(2)A vehicle, ownership of which is evidenced by a salvage title
or by another ownership document of similar qualification and
limitation issued by a state or jurisdiction other than the state of
Indiana, and recognized by and acceptable to the bureau of motor
vehicles.
