Text
5. "Proof of discharge" means a physical document or digital verification that:
(1)confirms a veteran's discharge from the armed forces of the
United States or its reserves or the National Guard; and
(2)was issued by the United States Department of Veterans
Affairs, the United States Department of Defense, or the National
Guard Bureau.
