§ 9-13-2-133 — "Private bus"
(a)"Private bus" means a motor vehicle
that is:
(1)designed to transport more than thirteen (13) passengers,
including the driver; and
(2)used by any of the following:
(A)A religious, fraternal, charitable, or benevolent
organization.
(B)A nonprofit youth organization.
(C)A public or private postsecondary educational institution.
(b)The term includes:
(1)the chassis;
(2)the body; or
(3)both the body and the chassis;
of the vehicle.
(c)The term does not include the following:
(1)A school bus.
(2)A for-hire bus.
