§ 9-13-2-123 — "Passenger motor vehicle"

Indiana·Title 9 MOTOR VEHICLES·Art. 13 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS·Ch. 2 Definitions

"Passenger motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle designed for carrying passengers. The term does not include the following:

(1)A motorcycle.
(2)A bus.
(3)A snowmobile.
(4)An off-road vehicle.
