§ 9-13-2-118 — "Operator"
(a)Except as provided in subsection (b),
"operator" means an individual who operates a vehicle, watercraft,
off-road vehicle, or snowmobile.
(b)"Operator", for purposes of IC 9-18.1-14.5, has the meaning set
forth in 33 CFR 174.3.
