Indiana Statutes
§ 9-13-2-117 — "Official traffic control devices"
"Official traffic control devices" means a
sign, signal, marking, and device, including a railroad advance warning
sign, not inconsistent with this title placed or erected by authority of a
public body or an official having jurisdiction, for the purpose of
regulating, warning, or guiding traffic.
