§ 9-13-2-112 — "Nonmoving traffic offense"

"Nonmoving traffic offense" means a violation of a statute, an ordinance, or a regulation concerning the following:

(1)The parking or standing of motor vehicles.
(2)Motor vehicles that are not in motion. [Pre-1991 Recodification Citation: 9-4-7-2 part.]
