4. "Mobile credential" means digital data issued to a telecommunications device by the bureau under IC 9-24-17.5 of the information contained on the following:
(1)A driver's license.
(2)A learner's permit.
(3)An identification card.
The term does not include a motorcycle learner's permit issued under
IC 9-24-8-3, a photo exempt driver's license issued under IC 9-24-11-5(b), or a photo exempt identification card issued under IC 9-24-16.5.
