§ 6-8.1-15-11 — "Serving carrier" defined
Indiana·Art. 8.1 DEPARTMENT OF STATE REVENUE; TAX·Ch. 15 Taxing Situs of Mobile Telecommunications Service
As used in this chapter, "serving carrier"
means a facilities based carrier providing mobile telecommunications
service to a customer outside a home service provider's or reseller's
licensed service area.
