Text
The provisions of this article apply for the
purposes of imposing, collecting, and administering the listed taxes.
However, if a provision of this article conflicts with a provision of the
law relating to any of the listed taxes, the provision of the law relating
to the listed tax controls for purposes of imposing, collecting, or
administering that listed tax.
