Indiana Statutes
§ 6-8-11-8 — "Qualified higher deductible health plan"
As used in this chapter, "qualified higher deductible health plan" means a health coverage policy, certificate, or contract that:
(1)provides for the payment of eligible medical expenses that
exceed a higher deductible;
(2)is purchased by an employer for the benefit of employees and
dependents of employees; and
(3)is part of a medical care savings account program established
under this chapter.
