Text

The governor shall, with the advice of the department of state revenue, appoint a state inheritance tax administrator. The inheritance tax administrator shall receive a salary to be fixed in the manner prescribed in IC 4-12-1-13. In addition, he shall receive the same mileage and travel allowances which other state employees receive. As added by Acts 1976, P.L.18, SEC.1.
