Note: This version of section effective until 7-1-2027. See also following version of this section, effective 7-1-2027. Sec. 10. The budget agency shall also certify information concerning the part of the certified distribution that is attributable to each of the following:

(1)The tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-5.

(2)The tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-6, separately stating:

(A)the part of the distribution attributable to a tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-6-2.5;

(B)the part of the distribution attributable to a tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-6-2.6; and

(C)the part of the distribution attributable to a tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-6-2.7.

(3)Each tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-7.

(4)In the case of Marion County, the local income taxes paid by local taxpayers described in IC 6-3.

Sec. 10. The budget agency shall also certify
information concerning the part of the certified distribution that is
attributable to each of the following:
(1) The tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-5.
(2) The tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-6, separately stating:
(A) the part of the distribution attributable to a tax rate imposed
under IC 6-3.6-6-2.5;
(B) the part of the distribution attributable to a tax rate imposed
under IC 6-3.6-6-2.6; and
(C) the part of the distribution attributable to a tax rate imposed
under IC 6-3.6-6-2.7.
(3) Each tax rate imposed under IC 6-3.6-7.
(4) In the case of Marion County, the local income taxes paid by
local taxpayers described in IC 6-3.6-2-13(3).
The amount certified shall be adjusted to reflect any adjustment in the
certified distribution under this chapter.
