Text
If in the opinion of the director an application
filed under section 8 of this chapter and the land to be classified
comply with this chapter, the director shall approve the application. In
addition, the director shall notify the auditor and the recorder of the
county in which the land is located that the application has been
approved, and shall return one (1) approved application form to the
applicant.
