Text

The state forester may issue special permits for other purposes if the land use authorized by the permit is not inconsistent with this chapter. The maximum amount of land to be utilized in the manner authorized by a special permit may not exceed the lesser of the following:

(1)Ten percent (10%) of the total acreage.
