Text
(a)A person may apply to a designating body
to designate an area as a brownfield revitalization zone.
(b)An application under this section must:
(1)be submitted to the designating body before the initiation of
a voluntary remediation under IC 13-25-5;
(2)include sufficient information for the designating body to
declare the area a zone; and
(3)be in the form prescribed by the department of local
government finance.
