Text

(a)The department of local government finance may:
(1)adopt rules in the manner prescribed in IC 4-22-2; and
(2)prescribe forms, including property tax forms, property tax returns, and notice forms.
(b)The department of local government finance may, through the Indiana archives and records administration, amend at any time the forms that the department of local government finance prescribes under this article.
(c)The department of local government finance may enforce the use of forms that the department of local government finance prescribes under this article.
(d)The department of local government finance may enforce the manner of submission for forms that the department of local government finance prescribes under this article.
