Text
8. As used in this chapter, "county voter registration office" means the following:
(1)A board of registration established under IC 3-7-12 or by a
county executive acting under IC 3-7-12.
(2)A board of elections and registration (as defined in IC 3-5-2.1-12).
(3)The office of the circuit court clerk of a county in which a
board has not been established as described in subdivision (1) or
(2).
