§ 6-1.1-17-21 — Powers and duties of city controller in consolidated city

Indiana·Art. 1.1 PROPERTY TAXES·Ch. 17 Procedures for Fixing and Reviewing Budgets, Tax
Notwithstanding any other law, in a county having a consolidated city, the city controller of the consolidated city has all the powers and shall perform all the duties assigned to county auditors under this chapter related to the fixing and reviewing of budgets, tax rates, and tax levies.
