§ 5-8-3-2 — Appointment or election void
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 8 OFFICERS' IMPEACHMENT, REMOVAL,·Ch. 3 Disqualification by Violation of Federal Law
Any appointment or election of any person
lacking the qualification described in section 1 of this chapter is
absolutely void and the person shall be removed from office under IC 34-17.
