§ 5-8-2-1 — Voluntary intoxication during business hours

Any person holding any office under the
constitution or laws of this state who shall voluntarily become
intoxicated within the business hours of the office, or is in the habit of
becoming intoxicated by the use of intoxicating liquors, shall be
removed from office under IC 34-17.
