§ 5-8-1-30 — Trial

Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 8 OFFICERS' IMPEACHMENT, REMOVAL,·Ch. 1 Impeachment and Removal From Office
The trial must be by a jury, and conducted in all respects in the same manner as the trial of an indictment for crime, incapacity, or negligence. Formerly: Acts 1897, c.182, s.30. As amended by P.L.240-2025, SEC.37.
