Text

An accusation in writing against any district officer, county officer, township officer, municipal officer, or prosecuting attorney may be presented by the grand jury of the county in which the officer accused is elected or appointed. Formerly: Acts 1897, c.182, s.21. As amended by P.L.1-1990, SEC.56.
