§ 5-8-1-10 — Conviction
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 8 OFFICERS' IMPEACHMENT, REMOVAL,·Ch. 1 Impeachment and Removal From Office
The defendant can not be convicted on
impeachment without the concurrence of two-thirds of the members
elected, voting by ayes and noes, and if two-thirds of the members
elected do not concur in a conviction, he must be acquitted.
