§ 5-4-4-7 — Failure to comply with order of court; vacating office
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 4 OFFICERS' BONDS AND OATHS·Ch. 4 Insufficiency, Release, and Liability of Sureties
If the order of the court is not complied with, such
judge shall declare such office vacant, and forthwith notify the
governor thereof.
