§ 5-4-4-4 — Failure to file bond; vacating office
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 4 OFFICERS' BONDS AND OATHS·Ch. 4 Insufficiency, Release, and Liability of Sureties
If such officer fail to file such bond within the
time and in the manner prescribed in the preceding section, such judge
shall declare his office vacant, and forthwith notify the governor
thereof.
