§ 5-4-4-2 — Notice of hearing to judge
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 4 OFFICERS' BONDS AND OATHS·Ch. 4 Insufficiency, Release, and Liability of Sureties
Such clerk, on the return of the process served,
shall immediately notify such judge of the time and place of hearing
such complaint, and such judge shall attend thereupon.
