§ 5-4-4-11 — Filing new bond
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 4 OFFICERS' BONDS AND OATHS·Ch. 4 Insufficiency, Release, and Liability of Sureties
Whenever a new bond is filed with such judge,
as provided in this chapter, the judge shall forthwith file the same with
the officer who by law has the custody of the bond.
