§ 5-4-1-19 — Individual surety bonds for city, town, county, or township officers and employees; faithful performance of duties

The bonds prescribed by IC 5-4-1-18 cover the
faithful performance of the duties of the officer, employee, or
contractor, including the duty to comply with IC 35-44.1-1-1 and the
duty to account properly for all monies and property received by virtue
of the officer's, employee's, or contractor's service in the office or
position.
