§ 5-34-3-2 — Transfers for deposit in the fund
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 34 INDIANA CAREER ACCELERATOR FUND·Ch. 3 Financial Assistance
If the amount determined in section 1 of this
chapter for a particular taxable year is greater than zero (0), the
department shall transfer an amount equal to the amount determined in
section 1 of this chapter to INvestED Indiana for deposit in the fund.
