§ 5-33-6-9 — Promotional material
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 33 INDIANA DESTINATION DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 6 Tourism Information and Promotion Fund
Promotional materials produced with the
assistance of funds provided under this chapter must include the
following statement: "Produced in cooperation with the Indiana
Destination Development Corporation." Promotional materials must
also include a statement provided by the corporation.
