§ 5-33-6-7 — Grants
Indiana·Title 5 STATE AND LOCAL ADMINISTRATION·Art. 33 INDIANA DESTINATION DEVELOPMENT·Ch. 6 Tourism Information and Promotion Fund
The corporation may make grants from the fund
to tourism groups for the promotion of tourist resources and facilities
in Indiana. However, each grant must be matched by funds provided by
the applicant, and the corporation may not provide more than one-half
(1/2) of the funds for a project. The matching funds required from the
applicant may be provided by any source except other state funds.
